I stopped Insanity at some point due to many issues that happened during this period. I am now back with my friends. We started exercising, different exercises, targeting different points in our body. This time around, I even accepted to get some advice from my husband, who is a fitness 'guru', studied and runs his own gym.
So, I will start with a warm up session, which is for everyone (anyone can do it). It is very simple and advisable before you start any exercises, to avoid mainly injuries. So here you go, follow me to know what my friends and I are doing. Lets get back that sexy body back :-)

Day 2
Oh boy! Haven't sweated like this in my life. Today was a workout of about 43 minutes, and I feel every joint in me aching, but still am looking forward to tomorrow. Keep pushing.....

Day 1 - 29.01.2013

As you already read, I started the Insanity work today, and I will more or less keep a diary here on the process and changes, if any. For today, I should admit and give the team credit, as I started sweating right immediately after the start, and felt my body loving every bit of the exercises.
