MONDSEE

 
 We left on Friday for Mondsee with my family and friends for a fun full weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was an awsome weekend, filled with parties from day one. It was also Carnival Saturday, so we got a share of everything.

 



 SAALBACH HINTERGLEMM
We left home at about midday and started our journey to Hinterglemm. It was a smooth ride, accompanied by a short break at McDonalds for lunch, before my son and I succumbed to sleep. Two hours later we were In Hinterglemm, and just before we went out of the car, it started snowing. Beautiful... Was the thought that came into my mind. Tired but excited with the snow everywhere. The last time I saw so much snow was last year same time. We took our stuff to the apartment and immediately took our sledges and headed to the mountains. This I must admit was the first time I had so much fun on snow.

We were about 2000m high, parked our car and after a light supper decided to get back to the apartment by our sledges. I lost mine two times and had to practically slide downwards on my bottom J . The second time I had to run after it. I told my husband, I’d rather do this the whole day rather than skiing. Tomorrow, we are up to sledging and skiing, let’s see if I will change my mind.
