MAMA LEFT US

I went home to Kenya after my final exams to be with mummy. This was the 21st of September. She was already in the intensive care unit. She looked at ease, could listen to everything we told or even asked her and she responded using her arms, feet or eyes. It was beautiful. On Tuesday, we celebrated my graduation together with my brother, his fiance and two of my friends. This was mama's dream. She swore to come to Austria for the graduation, even if the airline had denied her to use the oxygen. So, I gave it to her, and she was fully with us, we tossed, laughed and sang.
The doctors sedated her and had strong pain killers, meaning she wasn't suffering at all. We were there every single day till at night. She had amazing doctors (Dr. Waweru and Dr.Were) who took care of her like their own mother....To be continued
